Overview

At Couchtime Creations, we want you to love your t-shirt! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy makes it simple and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: T-shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Customized or personalized t-shirts cannot be returned unless they are defective or you received the wrong item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at kathy@rewired360.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? Let us know! We’ll ship your exchange once we receive your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please email us at kathy@rewired360.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.
