Shipping policy
Overview
At Couchtime Creations, we partner with Printify to produce and fulfill your t-shirt orders. As such, our shipping policies are governed by Printify’s Terms of Service.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
- Production Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days after payment is received.
- Shipping Carriers: Printify selects the shipping carriers for order delivery.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5-15 business days after fulfillment.
- International Shipping: Available to most countries, but delivery times and availability may vary.
Order Issues
- Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders: If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at kathy@rewired360.com. We will coordinate with Printify to resolve the issue according to their policies.
- Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Printify Terms of Service
Because we use Printify for fulfillment, all shipping is subject to Printify’s Terms of Service. For more details, please refer to Printify’s official Terms of Service.
